Privacy policy
Effective from 3 October 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
Stockton Driveways is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. Our form provider
We use a form service from HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), loaded from api.leadconnectorhq.com. As our data processor it holds submitted enquiries for us. HighLevel operates from the United States, and international transfers of your details are made under the safeguards contained in its processing terms.
Cookies set by the form
When the form loads, its provider receives basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type. To work, and to note which page you enquired from, it stores a security cookie (__cf_bm) on the provider's domain and some local storage entries (names beginning v2_, v3_ and form_progress_). Our cookies page lists them, and you can clear them in your browser at any time.
Hosting and site security
The website is served by Cloudflare, which handles your IP address and similar technical data to load pages and block abuse. There are no analytics tools and no tracking or advertising cookies on Stockton Driveways.
Security checks on the form
Submissions pass through Cloudflare Turnstile, an alternative to picture puzzles that confirms you are human. Some fonts and scripts for the form are loaded from its provider's servers. We don't run marketing or Facebook pixels.
The details we ask for
Using the form means sharing your name, phone number, email address, postcode and, if you wish, a message. We need these to get back to you and arrange a quote. The site does not ask you to register.
Who we share information with
Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. Nobody else gets your details for marketing, and we do not sell them.
Our lawful basis
The basis for using your data is your own request for a quote (pre-contractual steps) and, alongside it, our legitimate interest in following up enquiries.
How long details are held
Your details stay on file for a maximum of 24 months following our most recent contact, then they are removed.
Your rights
Your rights include getting a copy of your personal data, having errors put right, asking for erasure and objecting to or restricting processing. All of these can be requested at info@stocktondriveways.co.uk, and we always answer within one month.
Raising a concern
Please tell us first if something has gone wrong. You can also take a complaint to the ICO, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
