Terms and conditions

This website

This site describes the driveways we design and lay for local homes and lets you ask us for a quote. The privacy notice says who runs it.

Copying our content

All content on Stockton Driveways is protected by copyright. Personal, non-commercial use is fine; any other reuse needs our written permission.

Responsibility for loss

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise we are not responsible for loss resulting from use of the site, and your consumer rights stay the same.

Other sites we link to

We have no control over third-party websites linked from stocktondriveways.co.uk and are not liable for anything on them.

Accepting these terms

Please read these terms before using the site. Using it counts as agreeing to them.

Acceptable use

We may block access for anyone who abuses the form, sends spam or tries to compromise the site's security.

About the information we publish

Content here is provided for general information. Although we try to keep it right, we can't guarantee it is complete or up to date, and no price on a page is a quote. Where planning permission and dropped kerbs may be involved, please confirm the position with the council.

Example images

Images on this site are illustrative examples and are not photos of specific completed jobs.

Asking for a quote

You can request a quote without paying anything or committing to the work. Some jobs or areas may be outside what we take on, and your price comes from the quote, not from this website.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Updates to the terms

We review the terms occasionally. Please check the date above the first section to see when they were last updated.
